The title of the piece refers to classical painting, and can be understood as a dynamic « painting » of Emilio Guim, who commissioned me this project. Emilio is then part part of a short story that we witness : the transformation from human to avatar, so to speak, the absorption of Emilio by a screen which will replace his head… Probably, and beyond the process, the piece itself refers to our dehumanization and our obsession to exist virtually more and more, dissolving our personalities into a massive vortex of pictures where it has become very hard to identify the borders, and by extension, its meaning.
